Commision form info
This are my commissions Terms/Disclaimers and a more easier way. also I will explaining every details and the process of the commision. Once you read all in the information down below it will appear a questionary to fill out the character you're looking on.
Once we start working together, we will talk through Twitter, Email or Discord (preferably on Discord, cause of the limitations Twitter has in the messages).We will talk about your character specifications, etc. Don't worry if you couldn't fill out the entire questionary. This is just to get an idea about the character you want and to understand it.Once you filled out the form, you acknowledge that you have read and you are agree with the Terms/Disclaimers explained for the commission.
Terms/Disclaimers and the process
General• With every commission piece I do, I want to upload them on my socials/portfolio to promote my work as well. I own the rights of the final artwork for my portfolio and to share it online.• If for some reasons, anything comes up or any emergency in my family that will slow or delay the progress of the piece, I will let you know immediately, and we'll talk for alternatives.• Once the piece is finished, I'll send you the full-resolution image. If you want different sizes, please let me know for a request. Keep in mind that there is no physical product.• I won't do pieces that includes: Politics, Ai/Midjourney stuff, NSFW (Porn ones, But I'm not against nudity), Backgrounds and Mechas.• I'll do pieces like: Humans/humanoids, Animals/Creatures, Nudity, Original Characters, Redesigns, Fanart and Cyborgs (not complicated ones like Mechas or Transformers).• I don't start with the piece until the payment has been done.• The commission is for NON-COMMERCIAL use. PERSONAL use only.
Prices:• $80 - 90 USD Starting for Character Rendered. Increases depending on complexity.
- Portrait: $80
- Half Body: $85
- Full Body: $90• $75 USD Starting Concept Art Character. (the base price of the 4 variations) (After that there'll be an additional charge of $25 for each subsequent concept. Any additional change it will cost $15)• $60 - $70 USD Starting for Character Shaded. Increases depending on complexity.
-Portrait: $60
- Half Body: $65
-Full Body: $70• $40 - 50 USD Starting for Character Flat Color. Increases depending on complexity.
- Portrait: $40
- Half Body: $45
- Full Body: $50• If you want an additional character/pet companion, the additional price is: +50% on all pieces.• If you want the background (for your character) simple like: Black, white or grey variants, those are FREE. I'll send you some examples. But if you want a detailed personalized, it will add additional charge: $35 USD (will increase depending on complexity)
Payment• The Payment is ONLY through PayPal. I will send a link to you.
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or paid 50% at the start and 50% after the piece is finished. (I’d prefer 50% at the start and 50% after piece is finished).
Refund Policy• Once I started doing the piece and in between you retracted, there'll be NO REFUNDS. That is my guarantee for the time and work invested, so please, be sure before.
Process• Once you filled out the form, our chat on Discord will focus on anything you wish for your character. Any references you have in mind for you character can be sent here. If the info. you provided is scarce and I assume you’ve given me a lot of freedom for the character, I will give you a heads up before I start with the piece.There's 1 reason why I do this:1. To avoid conflicts down the road if you have a vision in your head but you didn’t specify well and then you are dissatisfied with my interpretation.• I will send you the link for the payment. Once the payment is done, I will start doing the piece.• I'll be sending pictures of the process, every process, from start to end.• While working on the commission piece there will be a review steps to ensure the final piece is well.
• Review 1: Beginning with the lineart pose + anatomy. Client can give feedback for the pose/expressions/anatomy/hair, etc. are up to standard from what they have envisioned for it.• Review 2: Lineart of the character with costume/weapon etc. Client can give feedback for the costume/weapon choice and also some variations for more options.• Review 3: After color direction. I will paint in simple shadows, lights and flat colors. Client can give feedback of the color direction, shadows and lights of the character. (essentially cleaning the lineart and redefining everything before the next step).• Review 4: Rendering process. During the rendering process, I'll be sending again to make sure how the piece is going and to confirm the direction is well. Still, there'll be more process to clean up and detail. But client can give any concern they may have during the process.• Review 5: Final piece is done, but client can alter minimal things here to really complement and solidify the piece before sending.• Final piece will be sent through your Email (This is required).
Revision Policy• During the process of the piece, if you wish to make a change for it, you're allowed for 3 free changes whatever you want but use it wisely.• When you've used your 3 free changes, there will be additional charge to change it, depending on the complexity and the time invested.
